Our Newest Edition: Annie Elizabeth Fildes

Well, after much waiting, Miss Annie decided to grace us with her presence on June 24th, weighing 7 lbs. 12 oz. and measuring 20 1/2 inches with a full head of hair. It has been quite the change for John and I to step into parenthood, but we are enjoying every moment with our little one. For those of you don't know, we are in the midst of moving to TN. Lordwilling, we will be settled in as a family August 10th with John's new job starting August 11th. John will be working at a Youth Treatment center close to the house on a large facility that uses the great outdoors to teach teh kids about life, the kids attend school and are enrolled in the program for a 9 month duration. John is very excited for this opportunity to work with teenagers again and have the freedom to explore God's glory lands of TN with them. Hopefully I will will be working from home taking care of our Annie. Enjoy the pictures:)

Congratulations, she is beautiful. I can't wait to see more pictures. Getting to stay home is such a wonderful thing, I am staying home now to take care of Abby. Babies are such an amazing gift everyday they grow and change and you get to marvel in God's creative genius. Good luck with your move.

She is absolutely precious. I hope that you are able to get some sleep here and there, and that the transition of moving is a good experience for you as a family. The pictures are great. I barely even remember when my kids were ever that small! She is really a pretty little baby.
